Flipside USA's faulty goods policy...
In the unlikely event of any goods that Flipside USA have supplied turn
out to be faulty in any way at time of purchase, then please send the
item in question back to us with a brief note on what the fault is and
if it is a legitimate complaint, we will issue a refund. All goods that
Flipside USA sell are throughly checked before being sent out, so it
is extremely unlikely that they will turn out to be faulty.
This does not mean that you can go out and break your board and try
to send it back to us. Flipside USA cannot claim responsibility for
the ways in which you use your boards.
Also Flipside USA cannot be held liable for any injury sustained from
any type of streetboards(skateboards, longboards, pivotboards, flowboards,
casterboards) or parts we have supplied. People who do any form of
streetboarding(skateboarding, longboarding, pivotboarding, flowboarding,
casterboarding), do so at their OWN risk. Just be careful and always wear
the proper protective gear.
